Vendor and contractor selection

Once you provide approval, we can assist with the administrative work, coordination, documentation, communication, research, and execution needed to move the task forward.

The owner remains the primary property decision-maker and contracting party unless otherwise specifically agreed. This gives you greater visibility and control over how your property is operated, leading to higher profits and quicker property turnover such as when a tenant vacates.

We provide a 15 min consultation to discuss your specific situation, our standard tools are Tenantcloud for Property Management Software, Task, Payrun and Accounts management using Google apps. The owner can elect alternative tools where preferred.
